A nice warm bath, eye mask, dark room, soft music are excellent ways to prepare for sleep.  My favorite is a 5 minute meditation or I play a relaxing or hypnotic tape as I slip off to dreamland...for a wonderful nights sleep.</description>

		<description>Thanks for these recipes.  i think I might try one of them for my holidays.  My sister is a caterer so she could make them for us.  If it wasn&#039;t for these kinds of healthy options I probably would never have lost 130 lbs.  Thank God I kept it off for a year but these holidays are getting tough and cookies  has been a struggle this year.  Not to sure why though.
